Outgoing president, Newt Ferris, conducts oath of office for Treasurer, Phyllis Mathis; President, Ashley Abramson; and Secretary, Joe Schneider. Long term MDC members, Annette York and Harriet Turner enjoy monthly meetings. . Also in February, Richard Barrera distributes campaign literature to MDC attendees. Then, Richard Barrera discussed his campaign. In April we were excited to learn that Kennan Kaeder planned to run for the SD City Council. He later withdrew because of health issues.
